new beginnings....

after spending a year and a half with a very toxic account we'll be shifting to a new one that i hope will be less demanding and frustrating....i'm just sick to the bones arguing with stupid customers it's a welcome change that we are assigned to a different account..according to some this new account wil have less irate callers and it'll be less stressful..i just hope it'll live up to our expectations otherwise it's time to move on to a different company...
